Learning Laboratory

learning laboratory at mama smiles

I’ve decided to simplify my life by removing my weekly linkies, but if you share fun, creative, hands-on learning posts in your comments or on my facebook page, I’ll pin those to my Pinterest boards and pick a few to feature here next Monday. Don’t blog? Feel free to describe an activity in comments or on my page, and they will be eligible for features, too. Same end result, but a different way of going about it – and I’d love to hear your thoughts on the change. Here are three favorites of mine from the posts linked up last week:

I’m curious: How is Christmas celebrated where you live? Or, if you don’t celebrate Christmas, do you have a different winter holiday tradition to share?

  1. Sounds like a fun packet to win. My middle daughter had so many questions about Jerusalem and religions that we are reading a couple of books on world religions. This packet sounds like a way to learn more about Christianity — confusing to her when the Orthodox split from the Roman Catholics and then branched out.

  2. I haven’t visited for awhile and didn’t realize the linkie would be gone. Sometimes, there are so many posts linked, it can be a bit overwhelming. I love the idea of perusing Pinterest for ideas.
